Congressmen introduces legislation to stop EPA regulation of greenhouse gases

269580555_b983556c8aRepresentative Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., has introduced legislation that would prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gases. Calling the EPA regulation “boneheaded,”  Pomeroy further stated that the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions under the current provisions of the Clean Air Act is dangerous, irresponsible and just plain wrong.

In December, Rep. Pomeroy held a roundtable discussion with energy leaders in North Dakota to discuss the impact of EPA regulations.  Here is a newsclip:
